Placing an order

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. 

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the UK and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, either express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.

A contract between the customer and Jezebels Jewels Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

Upon processing your order we will send you an email confirming the exact order that we have received. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by email or phone to sort them out.

If your item is no longer in stock, we will contact you with the option to choose an alternative or cancel the item and offer a refund. We do not hold back orders.

Our Guarantee to you

We guarantee that all our products will perform as stated when used according to the instructions. All our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unhappy with your product, return it to us strictly within 14 days and you will receive a refund less the cost of postage and packaging.

Payment and taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by via Paypal credit/debit card services. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%, books and magazines are exempt from VAT.

Out of stock items will be refunded if an alternative is not acceptable.

You may also send us your payment details via phone or snail mail.

UK Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 72 hours Monday to Friday by Royal mail first class post. In the event the item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and refund the cost

Conformity of goods
Descriptions are those commonly held in the trade. There may be small variations in the size and colour of items. This is normal and is in the nature of the products.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publishing. However, while the colour reproduction of the products on the website is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour or in size caused by the browser software or computer system or hardware used by you.

Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once it has been accepted by us) up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. If you have placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please call us on 07971 058336 or email us at hello@jezebelsjewels.co.uk Please quote your order reference number, the date the order was placed, your name and post code.

Returns Policy
At Jezebels we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchases, you may return them to us. You must notify us of your intention to return items by telephone or email stating your Name, Address, reason for return and order number and return them within 7 working days in order for us to refund your Paypal account or credit/debit card. All returns must be returned well packed, complete, in perfect condition, and unused. Any item returned without prior notice will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will not refund the postage you paid when returning the item.

Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.

Faulty or wrong goods are can be returned strictly within 14 days and will be refunded or exchanged. Please notify us of your intention to return any items by telephone or email as soon as possible. Tel 07971 058336 email:hello@jezebelsjewels.co.uk.

If you return an item because it is faulty, we will refund the postage you paid both when buying and returning the item.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. Further details of these rights are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction or incorporation into any other work of part, or all, of the material available on this website in any form is prohibited, save that you may, Copy, print or download extracts of the material on this website for the sole purpose of using this website or placing an order with Jezebels Jewels Ltd.

Secure Payment and Data Security
Jezebels Jewels uses Paypal to process all its online orders. Paypal provides a 24 hour secure server thus ensuring your payment information is encrypted and protected. Jezebels Jewels does not have access to any of your card payment details. We guarantee that any personal data you provide us with will not be passed onto any third party or company except when giving your contact details to our preferred mail company. We will only use the information you give us to process your order.

Disclaimer and limitations of liability
Jezebels Jewels Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or of that of its members’ agents, directors or employees for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Jezebels Jewels Ltd nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Jezebels Jewels Ltd or any of its members agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage ( including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Jezebels Jewels Ltd and any other associated company of Jezebels Jewels Ltd as if references to Jezebels Jewels Ltd included references to each such associated company”

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded
