Come and be inspired to be creative and learn a brand new skill. At Jezebels we pride ourselves on the quality of our courses and tutors. All our tutors are enthusiastic beaders with many years of experience. All courses are held in the shop and are small and informal with a maximum of 6 students. There's tea, coffee and biscuits a plenty on hand as well as a fantastic selection of sparkly and inspirational beads for you to use in your creations. We encourage every student to find their own creativity by instructing them in the various techniques, use of tools and materials and give design tips and insider shortcuts Come and join us or give a course gift voucher to your creatively inclined friends and family. We will also arrange special courses and jewellery making parties for you and your friends- just let us know the dates and what you'd like to make and we'll arrange the rest- perfect for birthday or hen parties.
We'll also run 1 hour kids parties for £10 per child ex materials- a great way to encourage dexterity, design skills and creativity as well as being lots of fun. Intermediate jewellery: Take your new skill a step further on this course, by expanding your techniques with tigertail into multi strand necklaces. Bling Rings. Learn how to make beautiful rings using Seive backs or Wrapped loops. These rings look really spectacular, especially if you use Swarovski Crystal for that extra special sparkle! Bead Loom Weaving: Learn how to use a bead loom to create pretty bracelets using seed beads. A simple technique that is really effective (and addictive). Charm Bracelets: Use chain and charms to create your own unique Bracelet.
Wire work with a Jig: Create fancy connectors and links from wire which you can incorporate into your bracelets, necklaces and earrings. Tiara Taster: Come and learn how to create a simple tiara. Perfect for proms, weddings, bridesmaids or just for fun.
Working with leather: Leather is a big trend at the moment and it''s great to learn the techniques to make lariat necklaces using lovely leather and sparkly beads. Phone/Bag charms: It's great to create your own individual style, and what better way to express yourself than making your own charms to adorn your phone or Bag. Simple but gorgeous! Polyester Chain: Learn how to use this versatile but light form of chain that is really unusual. Make something eyecatching and unique. Leather necklaces: Leather is such a versatile medium to work with and this course covers all the basics of getting to grips with using it, including attaching fastenings and clasps. Memory wire: Make a bracelet, necklace, ring or phone charm using this super strong wire which doesn't need any clasps or fixtures.
